Just to make one example of the many connections between food and environmental dangers: between 20 and 30 per cent of the global warming caused by human activity is contributed by our food and agriculture systems. And barely a day goes by without the media covering a health, ecosystems and animal cruelty related story about food.

This page would represent a journey in the personal health transformation for conscious people. It is about how to deepen our awareness, live in harmony with our food and planet Earth with greater balance. A loving approach to eating healthy (rather than dieting) is the essence of conscious eating and cooking practice.
