I'm delighted to announce the arrival of the Flùranach Plant-Based Nutrition HANDS-ON LEARNING Classes... with a bonus: 2 DIY take-away dinners for each participant.

Join us on a journey in how to love yourself and the planet, through loving living food.


The events are scheduled on in 3 different appointments (2pm-5pm) on the 8th, 15th and 22nd of October 2022, at the beautiful venue The Clubroom, Altyre Estate, Forres, IV36 2SH, Moray.


I recommend to book for all the 3 classes to have continuity and create your own plant-based food plan with support. The 3 modules cost is £150 altogether and each time you will take home 2 meals that we will prepare together.


If you want to book for one class only, it is also possible and it costs £60 one-off. Please be aware the number for each class is limited to 12 participants (due to limited space, people booking for all the 3 classes have priority).

  • An online medium to interact through your journey.

  • Each time, you will cook and take home your homemade plant-based dinner for 2 people.
